Small,Cozy Homes

We’ve all marveled at the majestic homes of well-known personalities as these were featured on tv, cable and more so on social media. Every nook and cranny is picture perfect,  every corner and angle is instagrammable. But in these time and age, maintaining huge homes is getting to be  impractical, especially for small families. Thus, the booms in condominiums in the metropolis and nearby key cities.

A home is a home no matter the size. What really matters is the relationship of the people inside the house.

And besides, living in a 25×30 household does have its benefits. It simplifies your life, even your lifestyle.

We don’t need that large cupboard after all. A few utensils with 2 or 3 extras for future guests are enough. Then that’ll be a good reason to clean up and wash dishes after each meal.

It’s not only the dishes that get cleaned-up, the entire surrounding gets to be managed too, and that would not take too much of your time. With more time in your hands, it gives you the opportunity to pursue other hobbies like relaxing on the veranda with a glass of your favorite chocolate milk drink.
